Yoga brings calm to power — let me show you how.

In my classes in Windsor, Berkshire, I guide students as they learn how to use yoga as a complement to their busy lives. My style of yoga is inclusive, all bodies are welcome.

With a focus on healthy body awareness, a grounded approach to confronting limits with gentle encouragement, yoga is a key component in our wellbeing.

Newcomers to yoga will feel welcome and supported in my Beginner Yoga Courses, which I run frequently throughout the year.

If you already have a workout routine, a sport that you love, yoga will help you to maintain your activity with fewer injuries. These classes help both men and women safely find their boundaries and work within them.

By stabilising joints, lengthening muscles, and learning how to use your breath, you can incorporate yoga into your weekly routine.

Because my philosophy is student-centred, it is ideal for:
