Private Yoga Classes Available In Windsor

This is my favourite way to teach yoga: either as a one-on-one or small group class. Private yoga sessions will fine-tune your practice with movements specifically tailored to your body’s unique needs. You will feel supported and guided as you work to build flexibility, stability, and endurance.

 

Whatever the reason, we will spend time discussing your requirements prior to your first session, so that the lessons are specifically tailored to you.

  • In Person Sessions (1 hour 15 mins)

    1 Student:

    3 sessions = £195 (£65 each)

    5 sessions = £300 (£60 each)

    2/3 Students:

    3 sessions = £225 (£75 each)

    5 sessions = £350 (£70 each)

    Prices may increase depending on travel time.

    To ensure maximum benefit, classes are to be taken weekly.

    Please give Emma 24 hours notice if you should need to cancel, or the class will be charged for.

    The price for small groups (2/3 students) is for an agreed number of attendees before the classes start. No refunds if 1 person cannot attend a session.

  • Online Sessions via Zoom (1 hour)

    1 Student:

    3 sessions = £120 (£40 each)

    10 sessions = £350 (£35 each)

    To ensure maximum benefit, classes are to be taken weekly.

Whether maybe you are recovering from an injury, need to take time for yourself to focus on your breath and slowing down, or you want to progress your yoga practice at a faster pace, I make bespoke flows and programmes that keep your body reaching your goals.

  • Yoga for Sport? You need targeted practice to keep performing to a high level in other aspects of your life, and your sport is no different. Cyclists have different needs than runners, who have different needs than rowers. My private yoga classes keep the focus on your very specific movement profile.

  • New to yoga? Not all bodies are the same. Private classes give you experience and invaluable advice on how to begin your yoga practice. Before you commit to a group class, invest in some private sessions. These will explain to you how each pose can be modified to accommodate your body, and help you get the most out of your yoga practice.

  • You will have a private consultation before the first session that will allow us to discuss your goals and history to help me plan the lessons that are perfectly tailored to you.
